A wave spring, also known simply as a wave spring, is a thin, ring-shaped elastic metal element composed of several crests and troughs. This product is made of high-quality spring steel 65Mn (60Si2MnA/50CrVA/0Cr17Ni7Al/SUS304), heat-treated using a specific method, and its hardness is generally controlled between HRC44 and 55 depending on the specific requirements. It has a blackened surface and excellent elasticity.
Wave springs are widely used in industries such as motors, textile machinery, hydraulic equipment, and automobiles. They are mainly installed in bearing housings or holes of suitable specifications (nominal dimensions), requiring very little installation space. They have the special functions of reducing noise and vibration.
